Another story showing how adorable the relation between cats and dogs is.Meet Dundee Boy, a chow chow Australian shepherd mix, and his friend Tabitha, the cat. This dog was lovely and beautiful; he lived in shelter for five years before he got adopted, and as we know, life in shelter is not counted as a life.

When the dog met the cat for the first time, Tabitha ran away, she was scared, and Dundee Boy was described in his adoption paper as a dog that doesn't like cats. But something miraculous happened; everything between the cat and the dog had changed. Both of them started to look at each other, their owner noticed that, he felt like Tabitha is looking for Dundee Boy when she wakes up.

Tabitha was living in the owner's yard, when Dundee Boy saw her, he started to bark, he got very excited, he kept on barking till they let him out in the yard. The magical bond was created instantly, they started to play, walk together, even taking a nap together. Even when the owners of Dundee Boy take him for a walk, Tabitha follows them. They were the perfect match.

After a year, Tabitha became sick, she was not eating well, she started to lose weight, so the owners of Dundee Boy took her to the vet, and they were shocked when they knew that she is diagnosed with giardia, the vet said that she needed about 20 days of medical treatment. The vet also said that the cat can't be kept in the yard anymore, so the owners decided to keep her in a spare bedroom and to care on her medical treatments daily by themselves.
Sadly, as Tabitha lived most of her life outside, she is very scared from people, and she wouldn't let them come closer to her. But when Dundee Boy entered the room, she was totally relaxed, and she accepted to take her medication. Everything changes only when Dundee Boy is there, she allowed them also to pet her, if he is not in the room; she totally refuses to let anyone come closer. After 20 days, Tabitha was doing great, the owners decided to keep her inside the home, with her loving friend.

Shockingly, Dundee boy passed away in 2011 while he underwent a surgery, Tabitha's reaction was heartbreaking, and she started to howl like dogs, it was a very hard time for the family and for her. They kept the cat indoors, now Tabitha is living healthy, happy, but she is missing her loyal friend.
