Adoption for dogs is the meaning that they are still accepted among us and that we tell them "you're worthy", "you're good enough", "you deserve second chances" and "you deserve our love and affection". Unfortunately, most animals that are taken to shelters go with painful histories.
Their journey to a good life starts after being taken to shelters, having the medical care, if needed, and being showered with love and care. Although all of this is extremely important, there is still something missing if they don't get adopted!
Then it's time for the happiest part, a happy ending: this is definitely the happiest part, when these dogs finally are adopted. No one can imagine how happy and excited they are!
Alex Watson, named after
Emma Watson's brother probably because they are both so handsome, is a mixed breed rescue dog that has been living at
Badass Brooklyn Animal Rescue in New York city since October 2015.
After being adopted, he kept smiling all the time, he didn't stop smiling at all!
Luckily, now the dog has someone who he can share his trade mark grin with!
"Alex Watson was smiling all day like he knew he was getting ADOPTED," the rescue posted on its Facebook page. "His grin only widened when he was reunited with the forever mama he met this weekend."
