Meet
Arthur, the tiniest rescued pup. He is extremely thin and small, and needs extra care and attention more than the other dogs in the kennel.
He is one of the newest residents, he was born few week ago, he is only 5 weeks old. Which means he has been taken away from his mother when he was recently born.
When the tiniest pup was rescued, he was in a horrible condition. He has some healthy issues, nasty skin infections all over his body. He is so weak and hardly walks.
Arthur doesn't sleep in the shelter, he is extra small to sleep in a kennel, and instead he goes home with one of the shelter staff members as a fostering home. They are providing him with the necessary medical care and treatment that he needs the most.

Sometimes all you need to feel love and protected is found in these tiniest animals. Actually, dogs are making the world absolutely better; they are protective, loving, and loyal.
