Harvey is a loving and loyal dog, but being in the car isn't his thing. When his owner try to bring him in the car, he does what he can do to make an obvious "NO" and goes totally limp.
What happens next is completely hilarious. If you have anything that you really hate doing, you will understand his struggle with car rides. He just hates them!
Let's just hope that a more enjoyable car rides will help changing his mind!

Most times we see dogs that hate care rides, but now we find this beautiful beagle dog that loves car rides with his owner, and every time the cute beagle dog gets inside the car, his owner orders him to do that thing with his paws and he pleasantly does.
