We heard lots of stories that show how smart and well trained dogs are, that they can help their owners know about their cancer. I remember the story of a dog who felt upset each time he come closer to his old woman owner, he started to show her that, she felt that there is something wrong with her, especially when he came closer to sniff her breast, when she went to the medical check, she discovered that she is diagnosed with breast cancer. She discovered it earlier which helped to recover fast, her dog was the one who saved her life.
Surprisingly, it seems that cats also have this talent; they are smart enough to alert their owners. This is what happened with Sue McKenzie, who owned a cat named Tom, he was living in the streets 20 years ago, but she saved him, and since then, he is living with her, there is a special bond between both of them, and surprisingly, Tom had alerted her after he sensed cancer. Tom started to tapon her with his paws while meowing loudly at the back of her neck, and he kept doing that for many times, which made her feel that there is something wrong, what he did was driving her crazy. She went to the doctor and checked, and she was shocked when the doctors said to her that she is diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Finally she realized that her cat was not annoying her, he was only warning her. She started her chemotherapy, and after a long trip of recovery, now she is cancer-free, and all because of her beloved cat.
