Nothing is more precious than saving a life, so how would it feel if you saved five lives? This is what Shauna Rogers did as a 911 emergency operator, she got a call from a man who said that he found a box full of kittens, and she knew that the Animal Services are not on duty on Sunday, so she decided to make it by herself.
Shauna said that when the man called her, she was hearing the little kittens crying, she knew also that the situation will need some extra help, so she decided to call another officer to go to rescue the little kittens. The officer went there and the kittens were rescued. The amazing thing about the story is that Shauna had adopted two of the rescued kittens, her kids were so happy with the new family members, and they named them Rosie and Wilson. The officer who went to pick them up said that she cried when she arrived, the kittens were so tiny and super cute, she can't believe it that there is a man that had the heart to do this to those innocent animals.
I can't imagine how could someone ever think about leaving these kittens or abandon them, how heartless can they be? Nevertheless, we are very thankful that they are rescued. But as Shauna said, it's too heartbreaking, because there are so many calls that they can't know how it ends.
Something here in this story will make you feel comfortable, when you see that people out there are saving and caring for these animals. Some people out there are saving those pure souls from some human monsters. Those people have devoted their life to help animals in need. They are there, making a change; they are a blessing on this planet.
