Wesley may seem like any ordinary dog, but that six-months-old Golden Retriever has dental problems that can happen to any one of us. The sweet dog has dental problems and the only solution is to wear braces just like most of teenagers.
The only thing that he doesn't share with teenagers is that he doesn't mind looking handsome at the prom night!
“Once his adult teeth started coming out, we noticed they were coming in wrong and he was unable to close his mouth fully,” said his owner Molly Moore. “He wasn’t playing with his toys and he was losing weight. It was very worrying for me, and we needed to do something for him to be pain free and live a happy puppy life,” she explained.

Dr. Jim Moore, is a dog dentist and he found the perfect solution which is dog braces.
In the
Harborfront Hospital for Animals, the dog was anesthetized while the braces were affixed on his teeth.
Wesley doesn't seem to be bothered or annoyed with the braces. He has to wear them for only couple weeks!

He may look a little shy, but that won't take much time. It is all about couple weeks and the braces will be removed.
