Cat allergies? Nope, I suffer from a mango allergy. This might sound like a joke to you, but considering that pretty much everyone in my family gobbles them down during the Summer, it sucks. I just stand there, sweating and wishing I could taste the sweet, full flavour of goodiness in my mouth.
But NOPE! If I so much as touch one I could suffer severe allergic reactions, breathing problems and my face looks like a fifth grader's wrong-gone project.
Little side note here, shout out to my beloved husband, who gave up this deliciousness so that I don't have to suffer, love you!

Flea allergies are common in cats. A regular flea bit may already itch quite a bit. However, if your cats are allergic to fleas, the itching will be much more intense and severe.
They may scratch themselves so badly that they remove chunks of fur and draw blood underneath.
This invites bacteria into the open wound, which has a number of damaging results. Small scabs, called miliary lesions, may form as a result. The most commonly affected area is in front of the tail (called a rump).
The best protection against this would be flea control.
Remove your cats from any possibly flea infested places and use flea-ridding shampoos to give them regular showers throughout the week.
Last but not least, if strict flea control is not possible, injections of corticosteroids may be an option. They can be used to block the allergic reaction and give relief to your cats.

If you know what allergens trigger your cats allergies, it is best to remove them from their environment.
Is it the cat litter? Remove the current one completely, clean their litter box with warm water and NO detergents, and then buy them some new cat litter that they aren't allergic to.
If it is food, your best choice is to consult your vet about it. They may instruct you to use a certain,allergen-free food or use home-cooked meals as a substitute for a while.
However, with dust, pollen, mould, or other organic cat allergies, it may be better to bathe them every once in a while to clean their fur of any possible allergens. A Veterinarian may help you find a suitable shampoo to help your cat stop itching.
