Loyalty and not leaving one behind is definitely the standard features that dogs have. They don't leave a friend behind, and they do the best they can, and even more, to help a needed friend. Whether this friend is an animal or a human, a dog's loyalty is always unconditional.
Officer Chris Bisceglia was amazed when an excited Scottish dog showed up and approached him with non-stop barking. The frantic dog,
Jacques, kept on running toward the officer, having his attention, and then running away from him. He continued this action several times as an attempt to lead the officer somewhere else!
Jacques' owner had had a medical emergency and she was not in the scene when
Jacques and his friend, another Scottish,
Anabella ran into woods.
Officer Bisceglia followed
Jacques and was shocked to discover a frightening sight.
Annabella was stuck, tangled in some undergrowth. The poor dog was unable to move as she was surrounded by an icy stream on one side and an icy embankment on the other, which seemed to be impossible for her to climb it.
Rescuers were alerted and they, right away, rushed to help the poor dog,
Annabella. Luckily, she was saved just in time before frigid temperatures change and she was taken to a vet! The two dogs,
Jacques and Annabella had a check-up and a clean bill of health before going back to their grateful owner.
