This judge is known for giving sentences that are creative, brilliant and unusual at all!
Judge Michael A. Cicconetti of the
Painesville Municipal Court in Ohio found that an accused pet owner of animal cruelty must go through and taste her own medicine. She forced her dog to live in disgusting and dirty conditions and the judge had something about that!
Judge Cicconetti found that the best way to punish her was to make her go through what she forced her dog going through so it is better to make her suffer the same way, the poor dog suffered.
The Judge gave sentence: to make her spending some time in a rotten, disgusting and dirty garbage dump!
We hope she learns from that awful mistake! Although they are only long eight hours but we hopefully want these eight hours to leave an impact on her to not ever repeat this again, and learn that neglection can be so hard more than she can ever take!

I can’t interpret the feelings of a dog, but boy if dogs could tell you how they felt–
–Abandoned?
Oh yeah, and scared and frightened and sick. Maybe you souffléd get a little taste of that, but I’m going to let you have a choice here, and the choice is I want you to live like [the dog did] and in order to do that I want you to go down to the county dump, to the landfill, and I want them to find the stinkiest, smelliest, God-awful odor place they can find in that dump and I want you to sit there for eight hours tomorrow, to think about what you did to that dog while you smell the odor. If you puke, you puke!
