It's normal to watch a female cat feeding and grooming her newborn kitten, but what you will watch in this video is something indescribable. This male cat, Henry, is doing that role of a mother. Henry the cat was taken to that rule to take care of this litter of kittens at the Ketchikan Humane Society in Alaska.
It all started two weeks ago, when some beautiful kids were walking home from school, and they came by a cardboard box on the side of the road. When they checked what is inside, they saw abandoned newborn kittens; they were only two weeks old.
Their chances of surviving were not much; they didn't have a mother that feeds and cares for them in that young age, and in that age of a kitten, only mother's love is the only thing that helps the kittens survive. When the vet checked on them, they guessed that if they were left in the box for another 24 hours, they would have died.
When Heather Muench of the Ketchikan Humane Society took them to the shelter, the male cat Henry noticed them, he noticed that they were babies; he hopped to their box and gave them what he can from love and care. He started to groom them, and he let them crawl over him. Henry the male cat did the job of a mother to those abandoned kittens.
Surprisingly, Henry the cat has a neurological disorder that limits his coordination, but now look at him, he is fostering those kittens perfectly. Muench said that after what she saw, she decided to adopt Henry.
Watching what Henry did will bring a big smile on your face; you can check the amazing video below and if you find it amazing, share it now with your family and friends.
